Great Lakes Art Studio offers the fabrication of stair railings of the finest quality, beauty and craftsmanship:
Whether you require new construction or a renovation project, interior work or exterior, residential or commercial-you can be assured of a stair railing of distinction.
From consultation to installation, we facilitate the process of translating a client's vision into a reality. We have the creative talents to develop a complete design from a sketch or to work from blueprints. We have the capability to hand-sculpt individual elements or the entire railing.
Our artisans are also adept in a wide range of styles--for example, French Nouveau, Art Deco, the Prairie Style and original Contemporary Designs. They are also expert in an array of materials: railings are hand forged out of steel, bronze, iron and stainless steel.
In addition, at Great Lakes Art Studio, we specialize in ornamental details and the "finishing touches" of scroll work, newel posts, custom finials, and custom caps in wood, bronze or steel.
Visitors are welcome to use our design Resource Center to select from an array of finials, posts, and newel posts. A customized railing can also be forged or fabricated in our studio.
You may choose to take advantage of our service online. Send us your specifications and Great Lakes Art Studio will fabricate your stair railing and provide shipping arrangements.
